The units are exceptional and absolutely gorgeous. the hotel offers a wonderful bed, a lovely bathroom, and large windows. the services are nice, including a well-maintained pool. the location is great, close to the busier area of Senggigi.

Special hotel in a gorgeous area short walk to the beach in Senggigi, amazing gardens and taxi to Sengiggi mid-afternoon. Delicious breakfast with freshly baked bread for the start of the day. Very attentive and respectful staff on reception and elsewhere. Welcoming service at all times. Very clean pool.

Decent location in a particularly good area, really close to the airport and restaurants. Huge & reasonably large unit with an open-air bathroom. - Excellent staff, friendly services, including a variety of local delicacies.

The staff at the hotel were so caring and the room was stylish and neat with large windows on 3 sides. the location was near the airport, restaurants, and a taxi stand. the hotel is very close to the beach where you can watch the stunning sunset. Breakfast was great as well.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel created a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The attention to detail in maintaining the gardens was evident, with flowers blooming everywhere. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any needs or questions I had. Lastly, the rooms with their lovely outside bathrooms were a unique and pleasant surprise. It was such a treat to shower under the open sky and feel completely at one with nature.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in a serene location. The hotel is nestled in beautiful gardens, filled with colorful flowers everywhere. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the cozy rooms with very comfortable beds and air conditioning, to the lovely bathrooms. The best part was the breakfast, which included freshly baked bread that was simply delicious.

Located in a bustling area with mouth-watering traditional restaurants nearby for Indonesian food enthusiasts, particularly during Bulan Puasa, but unfortunately on New Years Day, all nearby restaurants were closed. Rooms are large, clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. the breakfast serves delicious homemade bread, and the garden & pool area is a perfect place to relax.

Service during incidents such as theft of rented vehicles could have been handled more professionally and effectively.

Had an amazing time during Xmas at this hotel. The friendly staff helped us arrange transportation smoothly, and the room was spacious and had an open roof shower, with simple yet elegant decor. The common areas were well-kept, and the swimming pool was refreshing. The homemade granola with yogurt was a highlight of our excellent breakfast experience. And the hotel is located in a key location close to everything we needed.

Our scooter was stolen from the hotel yard on the last night of our stay. Although the owners seemed kind at first and willing to cover the cost of the bike, they only ended up agreeing to pay half the price after a two-hour dispute at the police station. It put us in an uncomfortable position, as we had to push the owners to make some compensation.
